Registration Fees

*All payment must be made in Japanese
*10% consumption tax is included.

Registration Requirement for Paper Submission

Papers to be presented at the conference, authors should meet the following conditions:

1. One of the authors per paper must register in one of the following categories:
   IEEE-IES Member w/one paper submission, IEEE Member w/one paper submission or Non-member w/one paper submission by May 7, 2021 May 15, 2021 May 20, 2021.
   (Life Member, Student Member and Non-member Student categories are not valid for authors registering a paper.)
2. Authors presenting more than one paper must purchase the additional paper option for each additional paper (40,000 JPY per paper).
3. If a paper exceeds 6 pages, 5,000JPY per page will be charged.

For Presenters

Presenters are required to register by May 7 May 15 May 20.

For Students

Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the conference. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have full time job.
If you are a presenter, you are required to register by May 7 May 15 May 20.

Payment Method

Payment must be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard,
Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).

*For completing the Early Registration, it should be paid in full by May 16 May 20, 2021.

Receipt

It will be downloaded from your registration account.

Notification e-mail

After you complete online registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office.
<isie2021-reg@jtbcom.co.jp>. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will NOT be refunded.

All refunds will be made via the credit card used to pay the registration fee.
